Return Policy

At Neurowel, we prioritize your comfort and flexibility. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and return of services.

1. Therapy Session Cancellation

24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

Late Cancellation/No-Show: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if you miss your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply (typically the full session fee unless waived at the discretion of your therapist).

2. Refund Policy

Individual Sessions: Payments for completed therapy sessions are non-refundable.

Prepaid Packages: If a client chooses to discontinue therapy after purchasing a package, a refund may be issued for unused sessions, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Workshops/Events: Refunds for workshops or group events are available up to 48 hours before the event start time.
